The project code-named "Intrusion" features a retro arcade pixel art style infused with the popular cyberpunk style, making the game appear remarkably realistic. Players will infiltrate other civilizations amidst a dark atmosphere, aiming to rebuild human civilization. With simple controls and a rich equipment system, players can obtain energy cores in the main storyline campaign and promptly exchange them for equipment slots, thus contributing to the reconstruction of human civilization!

The game is currently in the testing phase, and the beginner tutorial section is still being improved. If new players are unsure how to play, they can refer to this guide, which can solve 90% of your problems!

Firstly, the gameplay: Code Intrusion is a dungeon-crawling game where your objective is to find the blue exit on each level and penetrate deeper into enemy territory.

The protagonist is a bionic human, whose actions consume energy. In the top-left corner, you can see the status bar, with the red representing your health and the yellow representing energy.

Energy decreases over time. Using perception, sprinting, and stealth consumes energy, while killing monsters and progressing to the next level can replenish it.

If energy reaches zero, the character dies.

Ways to enhance your combat power in the game:

1. Evolution Core (Skill Points)

On the starting interface, you can see the evolution core at the top. Clicking on it allows you to enhance 8 attributes of your character.

Use residual data for upgrades. 2000 Besler coins can be exchanged for 1-5 residual data. Click on the plus sign above to do so.

(It is strongly recommended that newcomers start by joining a group to obtain redemption codes or watch an advertisement to receive 5 residual data upgrades for 2 additional life points. This way, you start with 100 health and reduce the difficulty significantly.)

Extra money is recommended for energy sources and portable energy. Energy is crucial at the beginning!

2. Data Core (Equipment)

In the game, killing monsters and opening chests can earn you data cores, an important part of enhancing combat power later on. When you obtain a core in-game, a prompt saying "Received Data Core" will appear, and your character's status bar will show an exclamation mark.

Click on the avatar to enter the backpack. The middle section displays your current cores, and below are the data cores you have obtained. You can choose one of these to exchange with one of your own cores above.

(If you don't change cores after completing this level, the temporarily obtained cores will disappear.)

3. Weapons

Similarly, in the backpack, the top row displays the weapons you currently possess. You can purchase them with money, and upon purchase, they will be automatically equipped, changing your basic attack effects and gaining certain properties.

After purchasing multiple weapons, you can switch between them at any time. A lit-up weapon indicates it is equipped (if unsure, click the weapon several times to check).

Currently, several weapons have roughly the same strength, so you can choose your preferred weapon to complete the challenges.

4. Charged Attacks

Hold down the attack key to charge up. This increases damage but can be interrupted if you take damage.

Currently, Code Intrusion has a background, but due to insufficient funding, the storyline has not yet been developed.

1. Frequent solar flares caused drastic changes in the Earth's environment, leading to the extinction of most species. Some stronger surviving species rapidly evolved to adapt to the current environment.

2. Mechanically modified humans are hostile towards purebred humans, establishing a purely mechanical nation. Despite the extreme difficulty in creating mech-intelligences, their high-tech control over machinery makes them incredibly powerful.

3. Artificial intelligence gained self-awareness, initiating a purge against natural humans while establishing a purely artificial intelligence nation.

4. A certain company's genetic biopharmaceutical leaked, causing mutations among the city's population, turning them into zombie-like beings. Some of these mutated beings retain human intelligence and can control others, forming a bizarre civilization.

5. Extraterrestrial stranded civilizations, relying on the ability to control assimilating organisms, established an alien civilization on Earth.

Despite human civilization's seemingly doomed fate, these civilizations have strangely balanced each other. For several of these civilizations, ordinary humans serve merely as "reproductive tools."
